The client is a locally owned behavior analysis clinic in Raleigh, NC, specializing in high-quality ABA therapy for children with autism. As one of the area's only clinician-owned and operated clinics, it prides itself on delivering expert, individualized care free from corporate bureaucracy.
What they lacked was a cohesive social media strategy to amplify that mission and reach their audiences where those audiences actually were.

Two audiences, three platforms, one voice.
Before we started, the clinic was dealing with:
- Inconsistent posting across channels.
- Limited engagement and an unclear brand voice.
