Leveraged social media, email newsletters, and print publications to promote episodes. Integrated the show with the organization's continuing education platform so listeners could earn CE credits. Monitored analytics and adjusted promo strategies on the fly.
Collaborated with in-house teams to define the advertising model, integrating sponsored reads that aligned with the show's educational focus and audience interests.
